The familiar warmth of the staff greeted us with smiles that remembered our preferences and made this stay even more special.

It wasn’t exactly inexpensive but still manageable.

Palais De Fès exceeded my expectations with its stunning decor and exceptional service. The Suite with Terrace showcased an elegant ambiance, making my stay undeniably special. Breakfast on the private terrace, overlooking the Medina, was a perfect way to start the day. Staff members, especially Jihane and Ghazi from Guest Relations, ensured every detail for my anniversary surprise was flawless, from roses to a beautifully presented cake. However, I encountered a few issues during my stay. The King bed felt excessively firm, maybe too much for those preferring softer bedding. Additionally, my suite faced a public courtyard that became noisy late at night due to children’s games and a fight that erupted nearby. Lastly, I noticed exposed electrical wires in the ensuite bathroom, which was concerning regarding safety. Despite these inconveniences, I truly appreciated the attentive team and beautiful setting.

We loved our stay! The Layla Suite had an amazing view of the Medina. The staff went out of their way to celebrate my husband's birthday, organizing surprise treats and fresh juice. Dinner was very nice, and the terrace was a perfect spot to unwind. Can't wait to return! 🌟

The Suite City View had stunning views of the medina.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness of common areas was concerning. We noticed a lot of flies in the lobby, which detracted from the overall atmosphere. Furthermore, the dinner menu lacked variety, and we had to request a different option after initially being offered a fixed menu, which felt somewhat frustrating.

The fine architecture and intricate design transport you to another time and place. Waking up to the vibrant view of the medina below was magical. Dining on my private terrace under the stars, surrounded by very nice views.

The suite was spacious and beautifully decorated with a private terrace that offered a panoramic view of the medina. Jihane and Abdou were incredibly attentive, making us feel right at home. The location is perfect, just a few minutes from major sights.

Stunning Views and Delicious Food

Our stay was highlighted by breathtaking views from our private terrace, making every evening magical with the sunset over the Medina. The meals we enjoyed there were exceptional, especially the Moroccan salad, which was the best we tried in Morocco. While we loved every moment, the room could have benefited from softer bedding to enhance comfort during our stay.

the plumbing in our suite was kinda noisy at times 😅 but the private terrace had a stunning view and the staff were super helpful with local recommendations. breakfast included delicious freshly squeezed juices! !
